The cost is $20 for up to 3 events.

Races start at 5:30 - If there are multiple heats, heats will run slower to faster.

The last race in each event will be comprised of Redhawk Cross Country and Track and Field Alumni

Beach Day 4x400m Relay - Teams of 4 race 1 lap each around the track in their best beach wear! Batons must be sunscreen

100/110m Hurdles - on the home stretch

Little Racers (4-8 years old) 50m Dash - on the Back Stretch (FREE - no registration needed)

Timing

Palatine Pack Timing will provide Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) services for the entire meet. All results except the Beginner events will be published after the meet on Athletic.net and included in an athlete’s online profile.

Pole Vault (Pit nearest NCHS) - poles available to borrow if waiver and break it/buy it policy signed

Spectator Info

Spectators welcome to watch from the stands or in bleachers by the field events. Spectators must stay off the track and the field event venues
